Thank you for your interest in Casepath ("we," "us," or "our"). By submitting your email address to join our early access waitlist ("Waitlist"), you agree to the following Waitlist Terms of Service and Email Collection Policy ("Waitlist Terms").

1. Scope and Agreement

These Waitlist Terms govern your subscription to the Casepath early access waiting list. By entering your email address and clicking "Join Waitlist," "Get Early Access," or similar buttons, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Consent to Email Communications

By joining the Waitlist, you grant express consent for Casepath to collect and store your email address and send you electronic communications regarding:

• Early Access & Beta Invitations: Priority invitations to test beta builds or access the Casepath platform upon launch.
• Product Launch Updates: News, feature announcements, and status updates regarding the release of Casepath.
• Special Early-Bird Offers: Exclusive promotional offers, discounts, or perks reserved for early Waitlist subscribers.

3. Privacy Guarantee & Data Use

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data:

• No Selling or Renting: We will never sell, rent, trade, or share your email address with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
• Limited Third-Party Services: We use trusted third-party email delivery services strictly for storing your email and delivering Waitlist communications.

4. One-Click Opt-Out & Unsubscribe

Your participation in the Waitlist is entirely voluntary. You have the right to withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time:

• Unsubscribe Link: Every email sent by Casepath contains a clear, automated "Unsubscribe" link in the footer.
• Immediate Removal: Clicking "Unsubscribe" will immediately remove your email address from our active mailing list and forfeit your Waitlist position.

5. No Guarantee of Access or Specific Launch Date

Joining the Waitlist reserves your place in line for early access, but does not guarantee immediate availability or access to all features. Waitlist registration does not create a binding contract requiring Casepath to launch on a specific date or grant access to every subscriber. Access may be rolled out in invitation batches at our sole discretion.

6. Eligibility & Age Requirement

The Waitlist is intended solely for individuals who are at least 13 years of age (or older, as required by law in your jurisdiction). By joining the Waitlist, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 13, please do not submit your email address.

7. No Payment Required

Joining the Casepath Waitlist is 100% free of charge. Submitting your email address imposes no monetary obligations, recurring charges, or requirement to purchase any paid subscription plan in the future.

8. Short-Form Disclaimer

When placing your waitlist form on your website or app landing page, you can display this concise legal disclosure right beneath your email input field:

"By submitting your email, you agree to join the Casepath early-access waitlist and receive product launch updates. You can unsubscribe at any time with 1-click. We respect your privacy and will never sell your data."
